Dolomiti IGT, 100% Schiava. A fresh, thirst-quenching rosé, made with a short two-day skin maceration to enhance color and freshness. Natural and artisanal wine, minimum added sulfites, indigenous yeasts, organic. Sourced from old vine (30–80 years) Schiava, trained in traditional pergola at 600 m, porphyry soils, southwest exposure. Fermented and aged in steel. Nose: red berries, rosehip, herbal and spicy hints; palate: vibrant, juicy, refreshing, with a gently savory finish. Perfect as an aperitif or relaxed outdoor lunch companion.
