Cavit's Pinot Noir "Brusafer" is a superior Trentino red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes, distinguished by its ruby red color with garnet highlights. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of cherry, red currant, and violet, with subtle spicy notes of clove and cinnamon. On the palate, it is balanced, with silky tannins and a pleasant fruity acidity, characteristics that make it ideal for accompanying dishes such as dumplings and goulash. The name "Brusafer" is inspired by an ancient fort near the Cavit vineyards.

Quattro Vicariati is a Trentino Superiore DOC red wine produced by Cavit, named after the Quattro Vicariati area, located in the Vallagarina valley between the municipalities of Ala, Avio, Brentonico, and Mori. It is a Bordeaux blend composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. The yeasts used are those typical of alcoholic fermentation, which convert sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide, and the wine ages in barriques for 18 months.

It is distinguished by a floral aroma of violets, with hints of ripe fruit, blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry, with spicy notes of mint. The bold, full-bodied flavor and a certain tannin content give weight and depth to this wine of assured quality.

Terre di San Leonardo is a Trentino red wine, a Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, produced by Tenuta San Leonardo. It's a Bordeaux blend, composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Carmenère. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins, followed by aging partly in concrete tanks and partly in French oak barriques.

Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Classico Superiore 2022 – Novaia: a blend of Corvina (50%), Rondinella (30%) and Corvinone (20%), produced via the traditional ripasso method—second fermentation on Amarone pomace. Aged 12 months in barrique and 4 months in bottle. Intense, clean nose with spicy notes and ripasso nuance. On the palate it’s full-bodied, with refined tannins, moderate acidity and a long finish. Great with rich pasta dishes, grilled or roasted red meats, and semi-aged cheese.

DOCG Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, made using the traditional appassimento method. Deep, intense ruby red color. The nose features clear, ripe aromas of cherry, black cherry and wild red berries, with a hint of freshness and spice. On the palate it’s dry yet velvety, enveloping and well-balanced, with a pleasing tannic texture and long-lasting finish with light red fruit nuances.

Blend of 60% Lagrein, 20% Merlot, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, each vinified separately with daily punch-downs and délestage, maceration of 10–20 days. Aged 20 months in barriques, followed by bottle aging. Deep red, with aromas of red berries and gentle spices; well-balanced, full-bodied and harmonious on the palate. Great with poultry and light meats.

A modern Bolgheri red introduced in 2002 as the second label of Guado al Tasso. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, with small shares of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Dark ruby color; aromas of ripe red berries, baked plum, gentle spice, balsamic notes and earthy layers. On the palate it’s full-bodied yet refined, with supple tannins, generous persistence and excellent balance. Scored 93 points by Jeb Dunnuck.

Red Alto Adige DOC made from 100 % Lagrein. Deep ruby with purple hues. Aromas of violet, wild berries and musk. On the palate it’s dry, full-bodied and velvety. Balanced, persistent finish. Score: 90/100 (James Suckling). Pair with red meats, game, aged cheeses.

Lagrein Riserva from 100% old vines (over 80 years). Traditional red vinification with bleeding, aged 12 months in first-pass French barriques, followed by 12 months in bottle. Deep ruby red with aromas of ripe red berries, cocoa, sweet spices, and vanilla. Full-bodied, fresh palate with balanced tannins. Perfect with game, rich meat dishes, and aged cheeses.

100% Marzemino red wine from hillside vineyards along the Adige River in Isera (Vallagarina). Deep ruby color with garnet highlights; aromas of redcurrant, sour cherry, wild berries and spices. On the palate, it’s gentle, dry and smooth, well balanced with a medium finish. Pairs beautifully with poultry liver, roasted meats, lamb and mountain cheeses.

Pinot Noir Alto Adige DOC grown at 450 m on limestone-gravel soils. Fermented in stainless steel at 26–28 °C for 7 days, aged in large oak casks and barriques. Bright ruby-red; aromas of red fruits, violet and spice; harmonious, velvety and fruity on the palate, with an elegant finish.

Biodynamic Teroldego from 12 small vineyard plots in the Campo Rotaliano, with fermentation in cement and 12 months aging in wood and amphorae. Deep garnet red with violet highlights; aromas of blackberry, mulberry, plum, elderflower, mallow flower and saline notes. On the palate it’s juicy and elegant, with fine tannins, vibrant acidity and a delicate, filigreed structure. Perfect with lamb chops, game dishes, and mountain cheeses.

Iconic Super Tuscan, crafted without white grapes to showcase the Tignanello terroir. Blend: Sangiovese (79%), Cabernet Sauvignon (13%), Cabernet Franc (8%). Deep ruby with purple hues. Complex nose of plum, blackberry, candied orange peel, dark chocolate, caramel, licorice, and tobacco. On the palate rich, sophisticated, vibrant, with supple tannins and a long, persistent finish.
