Cavit's Pinot Noir "Brusafer" is a superior Trentino red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes, distinguished by its ruby red color with garnet highlights. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of cherry, red currant, and violet, with subtle spicy notes of clove and cinnamon. On the palate, it is balanced, with silky tannins and a pleasant fruity acidity, characteristics that make it ideal for accompanying dishes such as dumplings and goulash. The name "Brusafer" is inspired by an ancient fort near the Cavit vineyards.
