Bellaveder Nature Riserva is a Trento DOC classic method, a Blanc de Blancs, made entirely from Chardonnay grapes. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques. The wine then ages on the lees for at least 36 months, imparting aromatic complexity and a pleasant creaminess on the palate. On the nose, it reveals hints of yeast, fresh tropical fruit, and citrus. The perlage is fine and persistent, and the taste is fresh, full-bodied, and long-lasting.
