Maso Martis Blanc de Blancs is a Trento DOC Brut sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, vinified using the classic method. After fermentation, the wine ages on the lees for 18 to 24 months, giving the final product an intense aroma with fruity, floral, and yeast notes, as well as a fine, persistent perlage. The taste is fresh, mineral, and balanced.

Straw yellow in color with a fine, abundant, and persistent perlage, this wine is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc grapes. They are vinified in steel tanks for eight months, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle as per the classic method tradition, and finally aged on the lees for approximately 25 months.

Franciacorta DOCG Satèn made exclusively from Chardonnay sourced from selected hillside vineyards in Franciacorta. Traditional Method with over 36 months of lees aging. Characterized by a lower bottle pressure, resulting in an extremely fine and creamy perlage. On the nose, elegant notes of white flowers, ripe citrus, yellow fruit, with hints of vanilla and almond. On the palate, soft, enveloping and velvety, with excellent balance and a long, harmonious finish. Perfect as a meditation wine or paired with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, risottos and soft cheeses.

Trento DOC Rosé Traditional Method made mainly from Pinot Noir with a small share of Chardonnay. Aged on the lees for over 24 months, with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, aromas of red berries, pomegranate and citrus, with floral notes and delicate hints of bread crust. On the palate, fresh, vertical and elegant, with good structure and a savory, lingering finish. Excellent as a refined aperitif, pairs beautifully with raw seafood, shellfish, sushi and light dishes of fish or white meats.
